The firm’s Trusts & Estates practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning; tax planning relating to estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax; representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of trusts and estates; litigation of disputes concerning trusts and estates; and representation of taxpayers before the IRS, U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. District Court in connection with disputes relating to estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax. The firm’s Trusts and Estates clients include banks and other corporate fiduciaries and a broad range of individuals from those with modest wealth to some of the wealthiest families in California.

The firm’s Real Estate practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the preparation of sale agreements, leases, land use analysis, construction documentation, and the preparation and review of loan documentation. The Real Estate practice also includes all aspects of real property disputes and litigation, involving landlord tenant issues, sales, escrows, commercial collection matters, environmental compliance issues and eminent domain matters in all Superior Courts in Southern California.

The firm’s Litigation practice encompasses all areas of litigation and dispute resolution. The firm’s litigation attorneys have extensive experience in defending clients and prosecuting actions on behalf of clients in all state and federal courts in California. In addition, they have extensive experience in representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
